For more than a century, the Holmes County Bar Association (HCBA) has addressed and served the needs of the Holmes County community. The HCBA stands firm in its belief that the law is for the people. By providing legal education and clinics to the public, educational scholarships, referral services, and many community service projects, the HCBA continues its commitment to the legal profession of Holmes County, and most importantly, to the citizens of Holmes County.
